John McCrory has played an active role in the real estate business in Bay County for the past

30 years. For 24 years John was dual licensed as a Real Estate Agent and a Licensed

Mortgage Broker, in 2004 John decided to devote full time to real estate. He has served as a

member of the Bay County Board of Realtors Grievance Committee since 2002, three of those

years he served as Chairman

1966 to 1971: Served in the Navy as an air traffic controller during the Vietnam War.

1971 to 1974: Manager of a mobile home dealership in Panama City

1974 to 1980: Finance and Insurance Manager for a local Chevrolet and Pontiac Dealer

1980 to 2004: Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker.

1981 to Present: Realtor.

1982 to Present: Processing REO’s with local lenders, then national accounts

1989 to 2004: Principal Mortgage Broker for Gulf Coast Mortgage, Lynn Haven

1989 to Present: Realtor with Gulf Coast Realty, Lynn Haven

2002 to Present: Member of the Bay County Board of Realtors Grievance Committee

2005 to 2011: Member of the City of Lynn Haven Code Enforcement Board.

2008 to Present: Member of the Channel 13 News Advisory Panel (local ABC affiliate).

2011 to current:  Member of Bay County Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
